2024 Angel Tree/ Holiday Wish Program

The warmth of an Angel’s light can comfort and illumiate the whole world.

As the Christmas season approaches, we would like to once again invite Calvary’s family and friends to participate in the annual Angel Tree/Holiday Wish program sponsored by Readington Social Services.

Recipients appreciate receiving gift cards and this year, the preferred gift cards are for: Walmart, ShopRite, Aldi’s, Kohls, Burlington, Marshalls, and gas stations. Please indicate the dollar value on each of the gift cards.

Monetary donations are also gratefully accepted and will be used to purchase additional gift cards.

Checks should be made payable to: Calvary Episcopal Church indicating, “Angel Tree” in the memo.

A value of $25 per gift card is suggested but any dollar amount is greatly appreciated. All gift cards and checks can be mailed or dropped off to Jennifer at Calvary during office hours. Please note: All donations are due to Calvary by or before Sunday, December 1, 2024.

Thank you in advance for being angels and spreading Christmas love and joy to families in our community.

If you have any questions, please call Calvary’s office: 908-782-7227.

Outreach

Community Outreach has always been a key ministry area for Calvary Episcopal Church. Throughout the year, the congregation participates in supporting our local food pantry, as well as fundraising for groups like Family Promise and Souper Bowl of Caring through events like the Crop Walk and Angel Tree. We also support Christmas at Sea through The Seamen’s Church Institute every year by knitting scarves and hats to donate. We always look for more opportunities to directly give back to the community. If you have other ideas or charities you would like to nominate for support, please click below.
